Kyron Horman’s stepmother, Terri Horman, is accused of trying to kidnap her daughter just days after an Oregon Judge issued a restraining order, according to newly released court documents. Kaine Horman filed an order to show remedial contempt. Not only does Kaine Horman state in the documents that Terri Horman tried to abduct their daughter, but she also gave sensitive documents regarding a court ordered restraining order to a man she was having an affair with: Michael Cook.
