On 03-08-2011, at approximately 0155 hours, Sebastian Mosqueda, an 8 month old, Hispanic juvenile, was abducted from the city of Porterville by the biological father. The father made entry through the window and took the child from the mother's residence in Porterville. Suspect is Pedro Mosqueda, a Hispanic male adult last seen driving a 1991 Honda Civic (5VOY539). |
