Amber Alert issued for missing 6-year-old Elijah Reczek canceled, child found safe

An Amber Alert issued on Monday, April 29, 2013, from Roswell, New Mexico has been canceled after authorities say the child was found safe in Lubbock, reports My Fox Lubbock.

Elijah Reczek was found safe on April 29, 2013.

Authorities issued the Amber Alert after reports stated that Elijah Reczek's mother Miranda Ann Aguilar abducted him at gunpoint and was possibly headed
towards Montana. New Mexico law enforcement stopped a van and located the Elijah, 6, his mother and several other people who were not publicly identified.

It is unclear whether charges will be filed, however, she was taken into custody.
