On March 11, 2014, the man charged with the April 13, 2011, abduction and murder of 20-year-old, Tennessee woman Holly Bobo appeared in a Decatur County courthouse where he plead not guilty to the charges facing him: felony murder and aggravated kidnapping. Adams, 29, wore a bullet proof vest, attorney Jennifer Lynn Thompson represents him.

The case had seemingly gone cold for several years until authorities announced new leads had resulted in a search of Adam's property. Full details regarding the investigation have remained hidden from the public, but authorities feel confident they will prove Adams is responsible for Bobo's disappearance and death.
